What is included?
Two digital PDFs: the 80-page teaching book and the 42-page companion workbook. The book includes thirty lessons and practices with visible Catholic sources. The workbook gathers the thirty practice pages and reusable tools, including writing space, a Scripture reading card, parish conversation prompts, digital boundaries and your one-page rule. It is not a second course or extra daily homework. No physical book is shipped.
Do I need another guide first?
No. Each paid product stands on its own. The $9 prayer guide helps you begin when prayer feels empty; the $29 program helps you give prayer a place in daily life. Start with the free Come Home Reset if you are returning after time away and want help with the first steps.
Do I have to print the workbook?
You can read both PDFs on a screen and write in a notebook, or print the workbook on US Letter paper at 100% scale. You can also annotate it in a PDF app you already use. The writing spaces are designed for handwriting; the PDF does not contain interactive form fields.
Are these official Church publications?
No imprimatur, nihil obstat or other ecclesiastical approval is claimed. Doctrinal teaching is referenced to Scripture, the Catechism and official Catholic sources.
